Highly Skilled: We have a high

Our talents also include graphic art skills, allowing us to
properly prepare your scanned photos for inclusion in the montage
and for adding professional titling slides to your video.
Professional Publisher's Scanner:
We use a professional publisher's quality scanner to
scan in your photos, which provides greater tonal range of colors
and sharper detail in highlights and shadow areas compared to
the lower cost scanners used by many companies producing montages.
Used in combination with our digital editing system, this will
provide you with a very high quality video.
Professional Editing Technology and Techniques:
Your video is assembled and edited digitally using the latest
(just totally upgraded in 2001!) in real-time nonlinear video
editing equipment, in order to deliver a well polished production
with professional transition effects (e.g., wipes, dissolves,
and fades), titling and a music soundtrack of your choice (including
the option to select music from our royalty free music library).
Accurate Synchronization of Video and
Audio Tracks: Our lead video editor has over two decades
of musical experience as a performer and composer. His background
and attention to detail ensures that the visual elements of
your video will flow smoothly and seamlessly with the music
track (especially important with video montages). This is critical,
as some editors may try to save editing time by only loosely
locating each image with the audio track. The latter approach
results in a video that is poorly paced and has an unnatural
and uneven flow.
No Setup Charges for Digital Encoding
Saves You Money : Many companies have "setup"
charges of up to $300 per order for digital video encoding services.
If you choose to have your video montage delivered on a DVD,
Moments in Motion will not charge you any setup fee.
You Are Permitted to Make Copies of
the Finished Video Montage: Most companies retain the
copyrights to their customers' video montages and most will
charge you for every copy made. Although, we still maintain
the rights to your finished production (mostly for showing new
clients samples of our work), we permit you to make copies of
it on your own. However, please realize that you will get a
much lower quality video than you would if you allowed us to
produce VHS copies from our digital master.
Careful Planning and Customer Involvement:
We involve you at key stages to ensure we clearly understand
your expectations and needs. This includes planning the content,
structure and flow of your montage to ensure we've captured
all of the essential elements. We want you to be excited about
the finished product, to enjoy it for years to come and to be
proud of it as you show it to others.
